Many trails follow old logging roads and railroad beds, and some of the best riding areas often contain fishing and camping opportunities as well.
ATVers can also travel along the shoulder of most roads in the area, so you can get to and from some of Ontario’s best ATV trails with ease. You can ride for weeks here and never hit the same trail twice. Located just an hour’s drive from Toronto, there are around km mi of motorized trails to explore in Southern Ontario ‘s largest forest.
These ATV trails are mostly Crown land, but also encompass two separate rail trails, one running north-south, and the other east-west. A highlight of these trails is a very pleasant look-out over the lake, a great spot for a snack break.
